Imagine walking through a forest. Sometimes the way forward is clear — other times, the path is overgrown or disappears completely.
You’re the one walking. You choose the direction and pace. I walk beside you.
I might gently ask questions that help you pause, reflect, and see things from a new angle.
Unlike business or health coaches who often focus on giving advice, my role as a life coach is different.
I believe your answers live within you — and I’m here to help you uncover them in your own time, in your own way.

💬 So… what is life coaching actually?

Life coaching is a collaborative process that helps you move forward in your life with more clarity, alignment, and confidence.
In a coaching session, we look at what’s important to you — and what might be in the way. This might include:

  • Emotional overwhelm or feeling stuck

It’s about understanding what you want, what’s holding you back, and how to move toward change that feels sustainable and right for you.

Coaching is focused on the present and the future.
It doesn’t diagnose or treat mental illness.
Instead, it offers a practical and reflective space to grow — especially if you’re facing life transitions, challenges, or big questions. Some people go to therapy and coaching at the same time. Others come to coaching after therapy. And some begin here, just looking for support that’s calm, empowering, and forward-looking.
